Discover Lychee Nigori, our taproom favorite that brings exotic elegance to American craft sake. This unfiltered dry sake showcases fresh lychee fruit in a beautifully balanced, artisanal expression.
Tasting Notes: Fresh lychee creates delicate floral aromatics with subtle tropical sweetness, perfectly balanced against the dry, crisp character of our junmai ginjo base. The cloudy nigori style adds silky texture while the koji fermentation delivers complex umami depth.
Brewing Details: Small-batch brewed in Denver's RiNo district using California rice, Rocky Mountain water, and fresh lychee fruit. Visit our RiNo taproom to see where the magic happens. This all-natural, unfiltered sake is gluten-free, vegan, and contains no artificial additives. 13-15% ABV.
Food Pairing: Exceptional with dim sum, Thai curry, Vietnamese pho, or seared scallops. The exotic fruit notes complement Asian cuisine beautifully. Shake gently and serve well-chilled.
