Shipping policy

Shipping schedule

We ship orders on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Depending on when an order is placed, it may not ship until the next scheduled shipping day. We will make reasonable efforts to process orders promptly.

Alcohol delivery requirements

Alcohol orders are available only to customers age 21 or older. Government-issued identification and an adult signature may be required at delivery. Shipping availability depends on the destination and applicable law.

Shipping charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when an order was damaged, incorrect, or incomplete because of our error.

Damaged, leaking, incorrect, or incomplete orders

If an order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, incomplete, or with a suspected quality problem, email josh@coloradosakeco.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the package and affected product. After verification, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund for the affected item.
