Introducing Blueberry Hibiscus, our fruit-infused junmai ginjo that's perfect for both sake enthusiasts and newcomers alike. Based on our signature American Standard, this approachable craft sake brings together traditional Japanese brewing with vibrant Colorado creativity.
Tasting Notes: Organic blueberries and delicate hibiscus flowers create a stunning ruby hue and refreshing flavor profile. The koji fermentation balances natural fruit sweetness with elegant acidity, resulting in a smooth, all-natural sake that's irresistibly drinkable.
Brewing Details: Small-batch brewed in our Denver taproom using California rice, Rocky Mountain water, and carefully selected organic fruits. This artisanal sake is gluten-free, vegan, and contains no artificial flavors or preservatives. 13-15% ABV.
Food Pairing: Excellent with fresh salads, grilled pork, spicy Thai cuisine, or as a standalone cocktail alternative. Serve chilled for the best experience.
