Late Summer, Poured Cold
Late summer fruit often has a little edge to it and we want to keep the summer going just a little bet longer. The peaches are soft and ripe. The oranges are still sharp enough to wake you up. One more summer release to enjoy while camping, lounging on the patio or at the beach.
Our Solar Bloom starts with blood orange: fresh juice, zest, and a touch of peel bitterness. Peach shows up at the end, softening the finish without making it too sweet. At 60% polish, the sake stays bright and clean.
Serve it cold and enjoy.
