Transport yourself to a Mexican celebration with our Horchata Nigori, an innovative unfiltered sake inspired by the beloved horchata tradition. This sweeter-style craft sake is the ultimate introduction to artisanal sake for adventurous palates.
Tasting Notes: Creamy, cloudy nigori sake infused with warm cinnamon and smooth vanilla creates a dessert-like experience reminiscent of traditional Mexican horchata. The unfiltered fermentation preserves natural rice sediment, adding velvety texture and complexity.
Brewing Details: Small-batch brewed at our Denver brewery in RiNo using premium California rice, pristine Rocky Mountain water, and all-natural spices. Our koji fermentation process ensures authentic sake character while delivering approachable sweetness. Gluten-free and vegan. 13-15% ABV.
Food Pairing: Perfect with churros, tres leches cake, Mexican chocolate, or spicy street tacos. Shake gently before serving chilled.
