The sake (4 full-size bottles):

  • American Standard — our signature junmai ginjo. Clean, dry, traditional.
  • Blueberry Hibiscus — fruit-infused junmai ginjo, bright and approachable.
  • Horchata Nigori — unfiltered and dessert-like, inspired by horchata.
  • Lychee Nigori — unfiltered, dry, with fresh lychee. A taproom favorite.

The seltzers (4 cans):
