This is our take on a champaign style sake, just in time to celebrate Valentine's day, and a start to a new year of brewing. This sake is a full bodied crisp blend of our our new American Standard fermented with champagne grapes. We then carbonated each bottle making an extra crisp sparkling champaign-sake fusion!
If you didn't already know, the word Toji is the Japanese term for the master brewer of a sake brewery. This special bottle of sake is a love letter welcoming in a new year of brewing and tasting- to all of the sake lovers out there!
