These two handcrafted sakes are made to be combined in a glass at your preferred espresso to latte ratio, but also taste great by themselves. The best part is- they taste great warm!
Heating the bottles slowly on low heat in a pot of water to about 120-140 degrees Fahrenheit - caps on makes for the perfect drink on a cold fall or winter evening with a large slice of your favorite holiday dessert!
This is the first pumpkin spice flavored sake we've developed, and pumpkin spice as we all know is the butt many jokes each fall season for it's loyal and obsessive fanbase (thanks Starbucks!) but let me tell you, we've put a lot of love into this holiday favorite! To achieve the creamy milky flavors of a latte we brewed up a fresh batch of Nigori (unfiltered sake) providing the perfect starchy velvety mouth feel and spiced it up with cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and a little ginger, creating the pumpkin spice we all know and love. The Rise & Grind sake is our Junmai Ginjo Sake, steeped in freshly roasted coffee beans from Prodigy coffee located down the street from our brewery in Denver. Mix these to sake flavors together in a glass to create the perfect pumpkin spiced latte sake, or enjoy them on their own if preferred!
